Berkley Library Trustees cap digital resource costs at $675 monthly. At the August 26 meeting, Chairperson Paula Dugan, Trustees Megan Silva and Dean Larabee, and Director Carol Buote addressed rising Hoopla expenses; Trustee Larabee recommended and the Director accepted the monthly cap. The board voted 3-0 to strike a June update from prior minutes.
Two staff vacancies have been posted, while the building committee negotiates architect selection with an October 1 deadline.
