Berkley Library Trustees advance clothing shed partnership and adjust Thanksgiving hours. The board voted to partner with St. Pauly Textile, Inc. to place a clothing shed on the Berkley Common and approved closing at 6:00 PM the day before Thanksgiving.
Director Carol Buote reported the new library building project is progressing with two layouts selected for continued development, with the Building Committee meeting again on November 24. Children's programs show strong growth with 922 total attendees for the period, and the library received 9,392.30 dollars in State Aid.
