Berkley Library Building Committee advances to vendor interviews. The committee unanimously appointed Pat Basler, a Massachusetts Board of Library Commissioners liaison, as a non-voting consultant to support the grant application. After reviewing eight owner's project management proposals, members selected four finalists—CHA, Colliers, Pomeroy, and RGB—to present on March 14 at Town Hall.
The committee requested a three-year commitment from the selected firm to ensure continuity through design and construction.
