Conservation Committee approves negative determination for Grove Street project

misc · Meeting of January 8, 2026

Berkley Conservation Committee approves negative determination for Grove Street building project. The committee, chaired by David Patrick and including members Diane Maxwell and Jeff Cuttner, unanimously found that construction at 19 Grove Street, represented by Tom Morris of Zenith Consulting Engineers, falls outside the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and requires no further environmental review. In routine business, the committee approved prior meeting minutes from October, November, and December 2025, paid a twenty-dollar MSMCP membership fee, and approved conservation clerk payroll, all unanimously.

The committee's next meeting is scheduled for February 12, 2026.
