BERKLEY — The Berkley Board of Health approved septic plans and certificates of compliance for multiple residential properties on January 13. With Daniel Fournier and Patrick McCrohan present and James Romano absent, the board stamped and signed approvals for 17 Crabapple Drive, 47 Grinnell Street, 7 A&B Hudson Drive, and 9 A&B Hudson Drive. Plans for 526 Berkley Street were returned for revision per consultant Gerald Bernard's comments.
The board signed well permits for 144 Bryant Street and 4 Haystack Lane, the latter contingent on arsenic and aluminum filtration before occupancy, canceled the well permit for 23 Water Street, and scheduled a site visit for 662 Berkley Street.
