BERKLEY — Board of Health approves septic variance and waives food truck permit fees. The Board, with members James Romano, Daniel Fournier, and Patrick McCrohan present, approved a variance at 11 Broadview Ave reducing the required septic system separation from the property line from 20 feet to 5 feet, after consultant Gerald Bernard reviewed the plans and Tom Morris of Zenith Engineering provided revisions. Daniel Fournier moved both the septic variance and a motion to waive food truck permit fees for the Cultural Council's summer concerts; both passed unanimously.
The Board also approved Certificates of Compliance for 121 Jerome Street and 125 Bay View Ave, approved Septic Plans for 23 Water Street, and required additional testing and corrected paperwork for well results at 39 Grinnell Street.
