Board of Health approves septic and well compliance across five Berkley addresses.

Berkley Board of Health approved four certificates of compliance and processed additional septic and well permits at its March 24 meeting. Chairman James Romano, Daniel Fournier, and Patrick McCrohan reviewed and approved as-built documentation for 2 Demi Way and 1 Joshua Drive, with similar approvals at 32 Riverside Drive following review of an alternative system and recorded deed restriction. At 35 Water Street, consultant-reviewed septic plans for Michael Avila's two-bedroom home were approved pending testing, while approvals for ADU and well designs followed at 16 Thomas Road and 120 Padelford Street.

Romano moved to extend Mark Mello's septic system timeline one year due to circumstances; the motion passed unanimously.
