At 35 Water Street, consultant-reviewed septic plans for Michael Avila's two-bedroom home were approved pending testing, while approvals for ADU and well designs followed at 16 Thomas Road and 120 Padelford Street.
Romano moved to extend Mark Mello's septic system timeline one year due to circumstances; the motion passed unanimously.
