BERKLEY — Board of Health advances septic permits and clears micro bakery application. At its April 14 meeting, the board approved a Certificate of Compliance for 2 BC Lane and processed four additional septic and well applications. Member Daniel Fournier moved, with Chairman James Romano seconding, that a new 1,500-gallon two-compartment septic tank be required at 745 Berkley Street; the motion passed unanimously.

The board cleared paperwork for Kathleen Perry's proposed Firehouse Hearth Sourdough Co micro bakery at 91 North Main Street and scheduled a food inspector kitchen visit.
