Berkley Conservation Committee approves school site determination with conditions. The panel unanimously granted a negative determination of applicability for the New Berkley Community School at 59 South Main Street, contingent on the committee being informed of and permitted to monitor work near a vernal pool on an abutter's adjacent property to address resident concerns about drainage and surface runoff. The committee also approved previous minutes and received updates on two Department of Environmental Protection complaints at 11 Burt Street and 129 R Padelford, with a feasibility study grant proposal for the Cotley River Conservation Area referred to the Board of Selectmen.
