Berkley Conservation Committee approves prior minutes and advances wetlands compliance review. David Patrick presiding, the three-member quorum approved February minutes unanimously and noted a possible violation at 129 R Padelford Street, deferring action-plan creation to the April 8 meeting. The committee launched Cotley River Conservation Area planning, including a Planning Committee and feasibility study grant, with public hearings scheduled for April 8 and May 6.
