Berkley Conservation Committee approves five development applications, identifies violations at two sites. The committee unanimously approved three land projects under the Wetlands Protection Act and two duplex developments from Malloch Construction. The Mellos' single-family home at 1 Kellan Way was approved with erosion control inspection conditions; the Aguiars' accessory unit at 9 Deerfield Drive received approval with standard controls; the Gormans' pool received a negative determination.

Malloch's duplex projects at 11 Hudson Drive and 13 Hudson Drive were approved, with 11 Hudson requiring a deed-restriction on riverfront work after state officials flagged a 10 percent riverfront disturbance. Chair David Patrick announced an awarded grant for Cotley River Conservation Area planning is being processed.
