Berkley Conservation Committee approves horse paddock construction on Locust Street. The committee unanimously approved a Notice of Intent for Malloch Construction to build the paddock at 53 Locust Street, with required permanent mulch berm maintenance subject to five-year inspections. Residents Amanda and Steven Abrantes expressed concerns about the project's proximity to their well.
The committee also issued a negative Determination of Applicability for Nicholas Howes' deck footing replacement at 32 Riverside Drive, while postponing a hearing on a driveway project at 138 Bay View Avenue because Chairman David Patrick owns adjacent property.
