BERKLEY — Board of Health approves septic plans and well permits for Berkley residences. Chair James Romano, Clerk Daniel Fournier, and Member Patrick McCrohan met May 12 and unanimously approved septic plans for properties at 7 Eric Drive, 47 Elm Street, 164 Bryant Street, and 59 South Main Street. The Board accepted well permit applications for 177 Bryant Street and 47 Elm Street from applicant Zach Rose, collecting a $600 fee.
The Board tabled a well results review for 2 Lima Lane to its May 26 meeting.
