Berkley Agricultural Commission approves pumpkin-seed program for schools. Member Ed Harmon prepared seeds for distribution to local schools, with unanimous board approval. Member Angela Young will provide baggies for the packaging effort.
The commission also approved a flat-rate shipping allowance for website items and discussed ongoing meat raffle fundraising by member Harry Harmon. A memorial plaque will be displayed following the meeting.
